About the Position

IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

INES AG, a company that has been providing innovative IT solutions since 1989, is looking for a dedicated IT Servicetechniker to join our team in Unterneukirchen, Bayern. As part of our team, you will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to and celebrating our successes together.

Responsibilities

• Handle 2nd level support tickets for Windows Clients, Microsoft Office, printers, industrial devices, and mobile devices from our major clients.
• Analyze errors, identify causes, and resolve issues.
• Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components.
• Set up new devices and coordinate with users for hardware replacements.
• Prioritize tickets, ensure timely resolution, and maintain thorough documentation in the ticketing system.
• Gain valuable experience in exciting client projects.

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g., as an IT specialist or technical assistant for computer science).
• Proficiency in resolving issues with operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Prior experience in printer support and mobile device administration (iPhone & iPads) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and motivation.
• Enjoy working independently and are committed to continuous professional development.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
