About the Position
3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that creates innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and protection of the country. We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively growing and expanding our team. Our goal is to enhance Ukraine's technological advantage on the battlefield.
We are looking for an IT System Administrator who can effectively maintain our entire IT infrastructure, optimize current issues, and scale the system as our team grows.
Employment type – part-time or as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support and administration of internal IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, network, equipment)
- Configuration and support of local and cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, VPN, backup)
- Responding to technical requests from the team (helpdesk support)
- Ensuring information security (antiviruses, firewalls, access control)
- Inventory of equipment, setup of new devices, hardware base
- Collaboration with external contractors on the network (internet providers, hosting, procurement)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with Windows, Linux, basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Knowledge of information security principles
- Ability to quickly identify problems and propose solutions
- Responsibility, systematic approach
Nice to Have
- Experience in environments with high security requirements (defense, fintech, etc.)
- Experience in automating routine tasks (scripts, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of integrations with 1C/CRM/ERP/accounting systems
