We are seeking a Junior IT Specialist to manage and maintain end-user devices and corporate IT infrastructure in VY, Czech Republic.
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 CZK/month
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain end-user devices and corporate IT infrastructure
- Provide HelpDesk support and resolve incidents
- Train users across the company
- Install and configure operating systems and applications
- Ensure cybersecurity and perform data backup
- Work with technology vendors
- Maintain documentation (hardware, software, HelpDesk)
- Implement internal IT development projects
- Administer LAN/WiFi, firewalls, VPN, and network components
- Manage physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Administer Windows environment (AD, GPO, DFS)
- Backup and monitor infrastructure (Veeam, Zabbix, FortiAnalyzer)
- Manage hardware/software, printers, mobile devices, and licenses
- Install and administer user PCs and provide technical user support
- Inventory IT assets and manage HelpDesk in ALVAO
- Basic administration of ERP QI and CAD systems (SolidWorks, ZW3D)
- Select and purchase HW/SW and propose further development, availability, and security improvements
Requirements
- Secondary or university education in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of computer network administration and basic server administration
- Knowledge of cybersecurity basics and backups
- Ability to independently solve problems and complete tasks
- Ability to communicate with users
- Willingness to learn and actively develop
