IT specialist of the data center operation service

About the Position

We are seeking an IT specialist of the data center operation service to join our team in Ukraine. The role involves ensuring smooth IT service administration and support.

Responsibilities

• Administration and support of IT services.
• Detection and troubleshooting of IT system malfunctions.
• Technical support for users.
• Execution of maintenance regulations.
• Control of work of contracted service organizations.
• Maintenance of current operational documentation.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Work experience of at least 2 years in accordance with professional competencies.

Required Professional Competencies

• Knowledge of the principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software. Experience in administering AD, network services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), print service, Exchange, SQL. Basic programming skills.
• Proficiency in the theory of LAN construction. Familiarity with the Cisco product line in the LAN area. Experience in administering Cisco equipment.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of working in virtual environments. Practical knowledge and experience in administering virtual infrastructures based on VMware technologies.
• Support and maintenance of user workstations.

Preferred Professional Competencies

• Experience in administering SharePoint.
• Knowledge of the principles and understanding of technologies for building and DCS for data centers. Experience in servicing DCS elements.

Business Competencies

• Ability to work in accordance with corporate standards, policies, and methodologies.

Personal Qualities

• Responsibility, punctuality, self-motivation, ability to independently solve emerging problems.
