About the Position
IT Specialist
We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our global e-commerce support team in Warsaw, Poland, providing IT assistance and system management.
Responsibilities
- Bieżąca obsługa i rozwiązywanie problemów użytkowników z zespołu Base.com na całym świecie.
- Administracja licencjami, oprogramowaniem oraz prawami dostępu do narzędzi.
- Prowadzenie inwentaryzacji oraz konfiguracja i przygotowywanie sprzętu komputerowego dla pracowników.
- Tworzenie i aktualizowanie przejrzystej dokumentacji technicznej i procedur IT.
- Współudział w rozwoju wewnętrznym działu IT i wdrażaniu usprawnień.
Requirements
- Komercyjne doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (Wsparcie IT / Helpdesk / SysAdmin).
- Bardzo dobra, praktyczna znajomość środowisk Windows oraz macOS.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2 umożliwiająca współpracę w międzynarodowym zespole.
- Umiejętność zwinnego i elastycznego podejścia do wyzwań i problemów technicznych.
- Duże zaangażowanie, samodzielność i umiejętność pracy zespołowej.
