About the Position

We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our team in Omgeving Den Haag, providing essential support and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, helping them maximize the use of our innovative Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide second-line support and build a quick rapport with clients.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and developers to ensure issues are resolved swiftly and service delivery is continually improved.
  • Communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain an organized and focused approach in both calm and busy periods.
  • Think at a high level with clients and devise solutions and setups.
  • Previous knowledge of HR and/or LMS processes is a plus.
  • Ensure client satisfaction is your top priority.
  • Possess at least a HBO level of work and thinking.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and focused work approach.
  • Dedicated listener who asks the right questions.
  • Previous knowledge of HR and/or LMS processes is a plus.
  • Satisfaction derived from client happiness.
  • At least a HBO level of work and thinking.
