*Note: This position requires presence in our Bellevue office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

Responsibilities

As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT assets, implementing new technologies, and contributing to projects that enhance our infrastructure.

• Have 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service.
• Have experience troubleshooting across multiple client operating system / application platforms.
• Have experience with basic networking configuration and troubleshooting.
• Pays attention to detail and has the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• You are action-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn.
• Are an excellent communicator and thrive in an engineering-centric environment.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $112K – $149K
