About the Position
IT Support Customer Service (with German)
Join Base as an IT Support Customer Service professional with German. Support global e-commerce entrepreneurs with cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- First line of support for customers and users
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with offered products, services, and features
- Full responsibility for ticket handling
- Diagnosing and resolving issues reported by users
- Collaborating with technical teams to resolve tickets
- Working with DACH Implementation and Onboarding teams
- Developing and updating the knowledge base in the global IT Support department
- Testing new functionalities
- Participating in additional projects according to strengths and skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
- Very good knowledge of German (min. B2+/C1+)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to continuously expand knowledge
- Highly developed communication skills (internally and externally)
- Excellent organization skills in a remote work model
- Analytical skills
- Ease of learning and acquiring new digital skills
