Responsibilities

• Provide fast, reliable, and solution-oriented IT support:
  • Handle IT issues and service requests in First- and Second-Level Support, as well as onsite support
  • Maintain and develop the Knowledge Base
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and the underlying ITSM system

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Specialist (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT support
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach with enthusiasm for new technologies
• Strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and coordination with relevant departments and employees
• Solution and quality awareness, as well as analytical thinking in dynamic and complex environments
• Very good German skills (at least C2 level) and good English skills (at least B1 level) in speech and writing
