About the Position
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for a 2-week onsite assignment in Bicholim, Goa, India, to provide IT support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting.
- Assist users with hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity problems.
- Support day-to-day IT operations at the site.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite for the full 2-week assignment.
- Relevant technical experience or certification is preferred.
