About the Position

Who are we? We are Zeeks, a product company with Ukrainian roots.

What do we do? We create a new landscape for the Western market in the iGaming industry. All our efforts are focused on the creation and promotion of iGaming websites.

Now we are looking for an IT Support specialist, who will help us to provide high-quality and timely support for our products by improving the interaction between IT team and customers (other teams inside the company).

Your future team: TL, Project manager, 2 Front-end Developers, DevOps Engineer, 3 Full-stack developers, QA, 3 Designers.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in IT support in product companies, or as a Project manager/Business Analyst in the IT direction
• WordPress skills at the level of admin settings
• Experience with Jira
• Experience in fulfilling SEO requests for website optimization
• Skills in working with Google Instruments
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
• High level of communication skills, multitasking, stress resistance/ability to build communication with a wide range of specialists in various fields

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and experience of HTML/CSS
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Knowledge and skills in testing
• Experience with Figma

Responsibilities

• Analysis of technical bags in projects
• Writing technical specifications, User story and User Case for developers
• Analysis and updating of requests from customers
• Consulting customers on the work of web projects and their requests
