Responsibilities

• Provide support for service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with Computer Information Systems
• Configure MAC and Windows systems
• Manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Utilize Google Suite and Atlassian products
• Configure VPN and networking
• Set up and manage WiFi configuration
• Assist with conferencing technologies (a plus)

Requirements

• Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
• Background in Computer Information Systems
• Experience in MAC and Windows configurations
• Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products
• Experience in VPN configuration
• Knowledge of networking and WiFi configuration
• Experience in conferencing technologies is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
• Availability to work fully on-site - Carnaxide office
• Ability to communicate in English
