About the Position
BCIC Swiss GmbH is looking for an experienced and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dispatch team in Vrsac, Serbia.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, printers, and hardware issues
- Resolve network and workstation-related problems
- Manage and update ticketing/helpdesk systems
- Provide on-site hardware support and coordinate with vendors
Requirements
- Valid Work Permit (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in IT support roles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
