About the Position

IT Support Specialist

Angelini Pharma is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is on-site and involves providing comprehensive support to both office and field users.

Responsibilities

• User Support: Provide support for office and field users with hardware and software, including Windows 11, iPadOS/iOS, and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Device Configuration: Configure Apple devices (iOS/iPadOS) in a corporate environment.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Perform basic administration and monitoring of local IT infrastructure, including endpoints, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, and M365 cloud resources.
• SharePoint Online Support: Provide support and expand capabilities in SharePoint Online, including site updates, permissions, document libraries, and integration with Microsoft 365.
• Cybersecurity: Respond to first-line cybersecurity incidents, educate users on best practices, and ensure compliance with company security policies.
• Documentation and Training: Prepare and maintain documentation, user instructions, and training sessions.
• Onboarding: Prepare and conduct the onboarding process.
• Vendor Management: Order repairs, collaborate with vendors, and maintain IT asset records.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to identify and propose IT solutions to optimize their work.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of practical experience in supporting office and field users (mandatory).
• Technical Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (including basic administration of Entra ID/Intune).
  • Experience in Windows Server administration (basic level), understanding of security groups, and backup.
  • Proficiency in configuring Apple devices (iOS/iPadOS).
  • Experience working in SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
• Additional Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data hygiene (GDPR).
  • Familiarity with automation and integration in the M365 environment (PowerAutomate/Power Apps/SharePoint/OneDrive) and ITSM/helpdesk systems is a plus.
  • High interpersonal skills, communication, independence, and good work organization.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication and understanding technical documentation.
