About the Position
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with German language skills to join our team in Lublin, Poland, for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Wsparcie IT użytkowników w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów technicznych związanych z aplikacjami, systemami oraz sprzętem komputerowym
- Zdalne wsparcie użytkowników w zakresie aplikacji, systemów operacyjnych i sprzętu
- Zarządzanie kontami użytkowników w Active Directory/Entra ID
- Obsługa Office 365 i podstawowa administracja systemem telefonicznym
- Wsparcie dla urządzeń mobilnych (Android/iOS) oraz narzędzi do zarządzania endpointami (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze wsparcia IT, w tym staże i praktyki
- Znajomość technologii Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID oraz Intune
- Wiedza na temat budowy sprzętu komputerowego oraz podstawowych elementów konfiguracji
- Umiejętności interpersonalne oraz dobra organizacja własnej pracy
- Gotowość do pracy w systemie trzyzmianowym, w tym w godzinach nocnych oraz w weekendy i święta
- Wymagana płynna znajomość języka polskiego oraz przebywanie na terenie Polski
- Znajomość języków angielskiego i niemieckiego na poziomie zaawansowanym - min. B2
