Responsibilities

You will be the contact person for our customers and responsible for handling trouble tickets in 1st & 2nd Level support via the ticketing system
You will be on-site at customer locations, e.g., for complex issues, system maintenance, or the commissioning of new IT solutions
You will keep Key-Accounting, Project Management, and Service Managers informed about the status of customer orders and issues
You will be responsible for updating documentation and assist the sales team in creating offers
You will take up problems with customer applications and forward the issue to the software manufacturer if necessary
You will take over the installation, configuration, and operation of, for example: user accounts, data cabinets, access points, client PCs, VPN connections, WLAN networks, virtualization environments, Docker, email, databases, firewall systems, complex network systems, cloud technologies

Requirements

A successful completed technical or commercial education with a focus on IT is advantageous but not mandatory
Experience in technical support
Independent action, a friendly demeanor, and customer-oriented behavior on the phone
Good verbal expression, making it easy to understand error descriptions
Strong team and customer orientation
Very good German and good English skills
Perseverance in troubleshooting even in tricky support cases
You hold a Class B driver's license
