About the Position
We are seeking an IT System Administrator to provide 1st/2nd-level support for IT requests and ensure reliable operation of the IT environment in Plattling, BY, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support users with IT inquiries and issues in daily operations (1st/2nd level support)
- Provide, install, and maintain IT systems (servers, storage, networks, clients, etc.)
- Contribute to IT infrastructure projects
- Install and configure new hardware and software components
- Create and maintain system and end-user documentation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an IT field or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge and several years of experience in support, Microsoft, and server environments
- Proactive and independent working style
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Quick comprehension and a structured, goal-oriented approach
