IT System administrator

About the Position

3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that develops innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security. We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively growing our team. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

We are looking for an IT System Administrator who can effectively maintain all IT infrastructure, resolve current issues, and scale the system as the team grows.

Employment type – part-time or as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Support and administration of internal IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, network, hardware)
• Setup and maintenance of local and cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, VPN, backups)
• Respond to tech support requests from the team (helpdesk support)
• Ensure information security (antivirus, firewalls, access control)
• Maintain hardware inventory, configure new devices
• Collaborate with external vendors (ISPs, hosting providers, procurement)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Windows, Linux; basic knowledge of networks (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Understanding of information security principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions quickly
• Responsibility and a structured approach

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-security environments (defense, fintech, etc.)
• Experience automating routine tasks (scripts, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of integration with 1C/CRM/ERP/accounting systems
