About the Company

Why you'll love working with us

At ho.Systeme, you work with people who take IT seriously: solution-oriented, reliable, without show. You get responsibility, clear agreements, and an environment that values clean work. If you are looking for an IT system house in OWL where you can rely on each other and still get along easily, this is the place.

+ Togetherness & Trust (including events that really matter)

Here, we help each other, share knowledge, and solve issues together: without silo thinking, without internal politics. You get honest feedback, can ask questions, and won't be left alone when things get tricky. Good ideas don't stay in the chat but get implemented. Our motto: Let's just do it.

And: This togetherness doesn't just happen in the project routine. Our formats are not mandatory but an integral part of how we function as a team. This includes, for example, AfterWork "BIEReinander", Hacking Night, LAN parties, grill seminars, summer parties, and other actions that bring people together, even across teams. As a sponsor of Arminia Bielefeld, there are VIP tickets and our SkyOffice for joint matchdays depending on the occasion.

+ Development that really happens

Your development is not "nice to have" but planned: You can specialize or broaden your skills, with learning time, budget, and suitable training/certifications. It's not important that you already know everything, but that you stay committed and take on responsibility.

+ Framework in which you can work well

We focus on clear goals, understandable priorities, and professional standards so that you don't have to play firefighter all the time. Clean handovers, proper documentation, and pragmatic solutions are not an extra but part of the working method.

+ Fair compensation & meaningful extras

Good work should pay off: fair, understandable, and without games. In addition, you get extras that really make a difference in everyday life: depending on the role, for example, bonus models, a company car for outside positions that can also be used privately, job bike leasing, and a strong charging infrastructure at the location. There is also a subsidy for lunch and the option of company pension provision (bAV). We also offer health programs that cover both physical and mental topics, pragmatically and without "wellness marketing".

+ Security & Perspective

You work in a steadily growing IT system house in OWL with a clear direction. At the same time, you have the chance to shape: improve processes, contribute knowledge, raise issues – and thus have an impact on everyday life.

Ready for the next step?

Sounds good? Then let's talk: uncomplicated and without detours. We look forward to your contact.
