About the Position

We are seeking an IT System Analyst (AEM) to join our team in Warsaw, focusing on the analysis of development project requirements for application projects on the Adobe Experience Manager platform.

About the Role

Our unit owns the key relationship (representing all IT service functions) with the business unit of Group Communications. For the global Extranet and for other Group Portal Applications, the Adobe Experience Manager platform (AEM) and a corresponding CoE service unit was created. Component development is the key task of several application implementation projects on the platform.

Focus of this IT System Analyst position will therefore be the analysis of development project requirements for these application projects. You’ll work with project sponsors and managers throughout projects to ensure that requirements are met, and that issues are managed proactively.

Responsibilities

Driving the analysis of business requirements and demands across the business value chain, providing key analytical skills that will enable business problems to be understood and the subsequent requirements for IT systems documented, tested, and delivered.
Supporting the analysis of system-related business processes, identifying and initiating business process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and architecture.
Actively driving towards a consistent, highly automated, and resilient target system and data landscape across the Group to enable cost-efficient digital business.
Delivering project (pre-study) support, application implementation, integration, development of change projects.
Driving the alignment, assessment, and prioritization of identified demands within the respective business units, thus driving the project and product backlog.

Requirements

Fluency in English
University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering / IT or similar qualification
In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud products
Experience in the conception, support, and analysis of digital analytics projects with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable tools is desirable
Conceptual knowledge of the integration of identity providers in web applications is desirable
Demonstrable experience in the analysis of business demands, deriving of system requirements, and translating into system solutions
Several years of experience in IT, preferably in application development, and hence in-depth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle including experience in agile project management methodologies e.g. Prince 2 or PMI, Scrum.
Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and multidisciplinary communication skills
Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business, resulting in measurable business outcomes
Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
A high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essential
Business acumen – able to easily grasp business topics and to view and present things from a business perspective rather than IT
