IT-System-Engineer – Infrastructure & Virtualization (m/w/d)

Join our team as an IT-System-Engineer specializing in Infrastructure & Virtualization. Contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining complex server, storage, backup, and virtualization solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex server, storage, backup, and virtualization solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop high-availability mirroring scenarios in distributed data centers.
• Support sales in the pre-sales phase.
• Take responsibility for IT infrastructure solutions of our clients.
• Work on both project-based tasks and the continuous development of existing and new infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Completed higher education or vocational training in System Integration.
• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Server and storage solutions
  • Virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V
  • Backup
  • Microsoft Azure
• Experience with products from Lenovo, IBM, DELL EMC, NetApp, Nutanix, Rubrik, Veeam, VMware, or similar.
• Solution-oriented mindset with independent and responsible work approach.
• Methodical, analytical, and independent work style.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Excellent German language skills.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and organizational skills.
