About the Position
We are seeking an IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d) for on-site work, responsible for supporting customers, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability.
Responsibilities
- 1st & 2nd Level Support of Standard- & Cloud Customers (remote & on-site)
- Migrations of On Premise Solutions to the company's own Cloud
- E.g., Hosted Exchange Server, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VoIPUser
- Optimization and Development of the IT and Cloud Infrastructure
- Maintenance & Care of Cloud & On Premise Solutions
- Setup of new private & public Cloud Services
- Monitoring, Analysis, and Evaluation of the Monitoring
- Migration of Customers to Cloud Telephony (Hosted PBX)
Requirements
- Completed IT education or comparable education in the IT environment, also welcome for skilled newcomers
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Practical experience in the Microsoft client environment and good knowledge in network administration (LAN/WLAN/VLANs/Routing)
- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as analytical skills
- Experience with storage solutions is advantageous
- Experience with Citrix, Acronis Backup, VOIP, and Innovaphone is desirable
- Independent, structured working method and pronounced communication and teamwork skills
- Goal orientation, performance readiness, and flexibility
- High self-motivation, resilience, and exemplary demeanor
- You bring an analytical mindset, quickly get up to speed with new topics, and have the desire to make a difference
- Driver's license class B
- Fluency in English in speech and writing
