About the Position

IT-Systemadministrator Schwerpunkt VoIP- & Kommunikationssysteme (m/w/d)

We are seeking an experienced IT-Systemadministrator with a focus on VoIP and communication systems to join our team in Germany.

Responsibilities

Administration, operation, and further development of VoIP and UC infrastructures
Operation and configuration of FreeSWITCH and SIP platforms
Planning, implementation, and optimization of SIP routing and signaling architectures
Participation in the operation of SBC and proxy systems
Analysis and resolution of issues in the VoIP environment
Integration of VoIP systems into existing IT and network infrastructures
Quality assurance (QoS, latency, jitter, packet loss)
Technical documentation and support for internal teams

Completed training as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the operation of VoIP and SIP-based systems
Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, SDP, NAT, and QoS
Experience with FreeSWITCH and Kamailio is advantageous
Alternatively, experience with Asterisk, FusionPBX, OpenSIPS, or comparable systems
Secure handling of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and Shell
Understanding of network basics (firewall, VLAN, routing)
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach
Very good German language skills in speech and writing
Driver's license class B
