About the Position
IT Systems Integration Specialist (IT Administrator)
We are seeking a Junior IT Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Sprockhövel, Germany. You will support customers by operating and monitoring their IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor customer IT systems via remote support and on-site work (together with the team)
- Plan and implement client-specific IT solutions by integrating hardware and software components using modern cloud services
- Act as point of contact for requests and disruptions, presenting solutions confidently to the customer
Requirements
- Strong interest in IT and a passion for solving complex customer challenges
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Hyper-V
- Completed training as IT specialist for system integration (or similar technical qualification)
- Ability to develop your own solutions and communicate them confidently to customers
- Team player, motivated, and able to work independently
