Responsibilities

• Analyzing business and technical requirements for IT system integration.
• Designing and implementing integration solutions to enable efficient data exchange between various systems (database, operational, and analytical).
• Installing, configuring, and deploying analytical applications and tools for clients.
• Creating additional applications, procedures, and scripts to support integration (SQL, Python, shell scripts).
• Optimizing data processing and transfer processes, including SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL query code.
• Participating in creating and maintaining ETL processes in database environments (SQL Server, Oracle, and others).
• Monitoring the correctness of implemented solutions and ensuring their operational continuity.
• Solving technical problems reported by clients and supporting end-users.
• Collaborating with development, analytical, and administrative teams on integration projects.
• Documenting implemented solutions, processes, and preparing user instructions.
• Actively participating in the development of company products by suggesting improvements and new ideas.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system integration and database work.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and query optimization (PL/SQL, T-SQL).
• Experience with Windows and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (design, implementation, maintenance).
• Scripting skills (Python, bash/shell).
• Practical knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Analytical skills and independence in problem-solving.
• Communicative proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with analytical tools (IBM SPSS, SAS, R).
• Database certifications.
• Knowledge of working in cloud environments.
• Experience in enterprise projects and working with tools like Jira, Confluence.

A. Maintaining the Power Media Candidate Database and conducting recruitment processes: creating your profile in the candidate database, evaluating qualifications, matching your candidacy with our clients' job offers (including the recruitment you apply for), and maintaining contact.
Legal basis: Your voluntary consent to be included in the candidate database (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Retention period: 24 months from the date of application or until you withdraw your consent earlier.

B. Formal verification of candidate availability with the Client: providing the Client with a minimal set of data (e.g., name and surname) to exclude situations where you have previously applied to this Client or through another agency.
Legal basis: Our and the Client's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in verifying the absence of disputes and avoiding duplication of candidate applications.
Retention period: For the time necessary to complete the verification.

C. Sending your full application to a specific Employer: sending your CV to a selected Client after presenting its identity and obtaining your confirmation of willingness to participate in the process with that specific employer.
Legal basis: Your separate consent indicating a specific employer by name (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Retention period: Until the application is sent to the Client (further retention by the Client is governed by its own personal data protection policy).

D. Defense against claims and dispute resolution: legal protection of the Company related to the provision of recruitment services.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Retention period: Until the limitation period for any claims arising from legal provisions expires.

Voluntary nature of data provision:

Providing personal data is entirely voluntary, but necessary to register a profile in the Power Media candidate database and present your candidacy to potential employers. You can withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., by sending an email to [email protected]), which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Data recipients:

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

1. Agency Clients (Potential Employers): in a minimal scope (name and surname) to verify the absence of duplicate applications (based on our legitimate interest), and in full CV scope - only after disclosing the full name of the Client to you and obtaining separate consent. From the moment full data is disclosed, the Client becomes an independent data controller.
2. Technology service providers: entities processing data on our behalf (e.g., recruitment management system providers – ATS, hosting, and email).
3. State authorities: entities authorized by law.

Candidate rights

You have the right to access your data, correction, deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Profiling and international transfers

Within the candidate database, the Company may use ancillary profiling (assessment of skills, education, and experience against criteria specified in client job offers). This profiling does not produce any legal effects on you and does not make fully automated decisions (the final decision to contact is always made by a recruiter). Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
