About the Position

We are looking for an experienced IT/Tech Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to join our growing global team. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and selected business positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and international clients to deliver exceptional talent.

This is a fully remote position offering autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to global hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy intake to offer acceptance.
Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean & X-Ray Search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Upwork, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical interview stages.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with international clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to define hiring strategies and ensure an outstanding recruitment experience.
Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS/ CRM.
Stay up to date with IT market trends, salary benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Explore and implement AI-powered recruiting tools and automation solutions to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
Experience hiring for a broad range of technical positions.
Experience working with international clients or stakeholders is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
English level: B1–B2+ or higher.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
