Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams, providing physical and deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Handle IMACD of user devices and peripherals and support Microsoft Office and corporate applications.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, asset tracking, and inventory.
• Participate in major incident resolution and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Application teams.
• Support field services, hardware installations, and cabling activities.
• Coordinate with automation and application vendors, network providers, and third-party support teams, escorting and supervising vendors onsite.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of vendor-related incidents and requests.
• Ensure compliance with Client IT policies, operational procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Windows 10/11
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with Active Directory and user administration
• Experience with hardware, asset management, and printing technologies
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• Working knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
