IT-Trainer / Schulungsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich E-Health

Responsibilities

• After intensive training, you will train our users over the phone, in doctor's offices, and in our training centers.
• You will independently answer application-specific questions about our practice software.
• You will plan training measures and prepare the training materials.
• Together with a sales colleague, you will present our products.
• You will also coordinate the transition to our practice software.

Requirements

• You have a completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/w/d), Practice Manager (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification.
• You have good knowledge of medical billing.
• Knowledge of our software products is desirable.
• You have a passion for success, are persuasive, and are a strong communicator and team player.
• You hold a Class B driver's license.
