About the Position
Covent IT, active in the IT market since 2007, specializes in Outstaffing and Outsourcing. We aim to increase the availability of our services and are looking for a dedicated IT-Verkaufsleiter to join our team.
Our focus is on startups and medium-sized companies in international markets, with a priority on Western Europe and North America.
Our Expertise: Web and Mobile Apps, E-Commerce, Fintech, and Information Portals.
Responsibilities
- Work with incoming/outgoing leads from calls, emails, LinkedIn, and messengers.
- Prepare and conduct customer interviews.
- Prepare presentation proposals, commercial offers, and sales reports.
- Prepare purchase contracts.
- Prepare documents for the PM and technical department for the estimate.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in outsourcing and outstaffing.
- Experience with markets: Western Europe and North America.
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of web and mobile development (search, qualification, and conclusion phases).
- Ability to qualify leads:
- Define the potential client's level: their experiences, expectations, concerns, current problems.
- Define the project idea level: phase, team, deadline.
- Define the budget.
- Knowledge and practice in using sales tools: questionnaires, CRM, etc.
- Maintain and clean CRM to keep all lead information up to date.
- Strong negotiation skills – excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English – required, strong German is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience as a lead generator is a plus.
