About the Position
Italy Tutor | Design Grafico
Kodland is a digital platform that connects tutors and children aged 5 to 17 from all over the world, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox), programming (Scratch/Python), web programming (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland's goal is to prepare children for the future. We help them learn skills that prepare them to excel in their careers and develop their interests. It is present in 40 countries with more than 30,000 students.
We are looking for an online teacher who will be responsible for teaching based on the provided scenarios and materials. You can teach up to 10-15 hours per week and share your experience with the kids!
Lesson duration: 60 minutes
Format: group lessons, 1-1 lessons on Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Teach digital design skills to children aged 5-17
- Utilize provided scripts and materials for all lessons
- Conduct lessons via Zoom in a remote setting
Requirements
- Skills:
- Knowledge of graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva
- Experience with digital design such as animation, illustration, 3D/2D objects, Scratch
- Experience:
- No teaching experience is required, but you must complete a digital skills test
- Availability:
- Must be available to work in the afternoon and evening, both on weekdays and weekends
- Language:
- Must be a native speaker of your region with English proficiency at least at B2 level
