About the Position

Your mission: Guide children (ages 8–9) through the world of logic, algorithms, and engineering thinking using Minecraft. Turn their love for gaming into real coding experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach online lessons using Minecraft Education and MakeCode
- Explain programming concepts (loops, conditions, variables, coordinates) through hands-on activities
- Lead group projects to develop teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Supervise final projects from idea to presentation
Requirements
- Experience teaching children (8–12) in school or afterschool settings
- Solid knowledge of Minecraft mechanics (redstone, automation, builds). Minecraft Education experience is a plus
- Understanding of basic programming concepts (loops, conditions, variables)
- Willingness to learn our course methodology
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply and engagingly
Nice to Have
- Experience teaching coding, robotics, or tech creativity to kids
- Familiarity with MakeCode, Scratch, or similar visual programming
- Organizational skills and project management experience
