IT&D Senior Analyst, Directory Services & Access Management

Located in Hyderabad, India, this role is integral to our Information Technology & Digital (IT&D) team. As an IAM engineer, you’ll support BAU operations and projects to provide and continuously improve our Single Sign On & Directory services controls and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy to BAU IAM operations team, other IT teams, and projects from the wider business.
• Provide technical oversight for IAM resources from Reckitt’s managed service partner to assure high-quality technical implementations and control operation.
• Analyze current Active Directory and Entra ID environment to identify both technical and operational challenges and develop solutions for improvement.
• Support IT incident investigations to minimize impact, resume service, identify root cause, and implement steps to avoid recurrence.
• Input to the Directory services roadmaps and prioritization to optimize control, service, and user experience delivery.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and improve Directory services and processes.
• Find issues and opportunities to continuously improve IAM services, controls, and tooling. Taking ownership of driving delivery of these initiatives.
• Collaborate with the business and IT to advocate IAM controls and to support system owners in improving their compliance.
• Work with the Identity architect to develop target state architecture and solution designs.
• Configure and develop existing Directory services toolsets to maintain and improve capability and functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Active Directory experience that includes designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Active Directory solutions.
• Minimum 4 years of Entra ID experience that includes designing, implementing, and maintaining Entra ID for a global organization.
• Experience with Okta/Entra ID with both external & workforce users.
• Onboarding and administration of SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OIDC SSO applications and users to the organization’s SSO tool.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory & LDAP.
• Detailed hands-on technical experience of Okta, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Desirable: PowerShell scripting and SQL knowledge.
• Experience of working with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties, and managed service providers to deliver outstanding Identity solutions.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly understand complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• A willingness to speak up and challenge the status quo to proactively help the organization move forward.
• A pragmatic attitude to focus on progress over perfection, iteratively improving security controls and services.
