About the Position

ITP Trainee in Shared Tech area

ING Hubs Poland is hiring for an ITP Trainee in the Shared Tech area. This is an opportunity for ambitious graduates to join the International Talent Program (ITP) and develop their project management potential. The expected salary for this position is 8,900 PLN.

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

Responsibilities

As an ITP Trainee, you will:

• Participate in a comprehensive two-year programme designed to develop future leaders.
• Engage in three rotations, one of which may be abroad.
• Gain on-the-job experience and mentorship from experienced ING executives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Have a university degree.
• Be fluent in English (C1).
• Have a maximum of 2 years of work experience outside your studies.
• Have basic hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Be comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Have basic scripting or programming skills.
• Be eager to work in an international environment.
• Be able to build relationships with business partners and make decisions.

Nice to Have

Additional skills that will be beneficial include:

• Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• Basic knowledge of databases.
• Exposure to infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
• International experience.
• Leadership activities (charity, leading a group, active in any organization such as AIESEC).
