東京の顧客に対面でサポートを提供するための出張が発生します。

Responsibilities

• アーキテクチャ、技術、移行に関するガイダンスと支援を提供する
• ユーザー/顧客の継続的な成功を実現するため、プロジェクト、エスカレーション、会議をリードする
• L3サポートケースおよびエスカレーションの責任と監督を担い、サポートL1/L2チームと緊密に連携する
• ClickHouseのプロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング、セールスと緊密に連携し、ロードマップおよびアカウントプランの策定を支援する
• グローバルかつ分散した環境で高品質な24時間365日のサポートを提供するために必要なスケジュールおよび出張に対応し、常に対応可能な状態を維持する
• 新しいチームメンバーの採用およびメンタリングを支援する
• ドキュメント、ナレッジベース記事、ClickHouse Learning、リファレンスアーキテクチャ、QA(品質保証)ニーズの開発・支援を行う

Requirements

• テクニカルアカウントマネジメント、プロフェッショナルサービス、シニアサポート、および/またはプロジェクトマネジメントの職務における5年以上の経験
• スケーラブルかつフォールトトレラントな分散型データベース管理システム(「DBMS」)の実装、運用、および/またはサポートにおける5年以上の関連業界経験
• 複数の経験豊富なエンジニアと連携し、大規模な技術プロジェクトをリードし完遂した経験
• パブリッククラウドプロバイダー(AWS、GCP、Azure)およびそのIaaS(Infrastructure as a Service)サービス(例:EC2)に関する専門知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、および顧客対応の役割においてサポートサービス、エンジニアリング、セールスチームと緊密に協働する能力
• チームワーク、グローバルな関与、共感、そして困難な課題を解決するマインドセット
• 地球上で最もスケーラブルで、最高性能を持ち、最大規模かつ最速のデータベースを構築することへの冒険心と当事者意識
• 自発的で、探究心があり、継続的に学び成長することに意欲的であること
