防衛事業開発・戦略マネージャー (ボッシュ・レックスロス油圧システム)

Bosch Rexroth Corporation operates the electric servo driver system business, such as hydraulics and FA module components. The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

Leveraging the characteristics of high power hydraulic drives and highly efficient electric drives, Bosch Rexroth helps to save energy and clean up exhaust gases in construction machinery and general industrial machinery. Bosch Rexroth is also contributing to higher safety and reliability of machinery. In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

防衛事業開発・戦略マネージャーは、Bosch Rexroth Japanの防衛事業戦略を策定・統括・実行するとともに、日本国内のBoschグループにおける防衛関連活動の連携を推進する責任を担います。

部門横断の成長戦略を策定・実行し、年間防衛関連売上拡大を目指します。

Responsibilities

• 防衛事業戦略の策定・統括・実行
• 日本国内のBoschグループにおける防衛関連活動の連携推進

Requirements

• 工学、経営学、経済学、国際ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号もしくは修士号を有すること。防衛関連分野の専攻者は尚可。
• B2B環境における事業開発、戦略営業、Key Account Management、市場開拓、または事業部門横断コーディネーションの十分な経験。
• 複雑な産業製品、エンジニアリングソリューション、システムまたはプロジェクトビジネスの経験。
• 市場戦略を策定し、具体的な営業活動へ展開した実績。
• 日本および海外組織を横断したステークホルダーマネジメントの実績。
• 防衛関連の公的機関、または防衛ビジネス（船舶、車両系）での経験があれば歓迎。

必要な能力・資質

• 戦略的思考と高い実行力。
• 複雑な顧客、パートナーおよび社内組織を理解し、調整する力。
• 優れたコミュニケーション、ファシリテーションおよびプレゼンテーション力。
• 日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力。
• 起業家精神を持つ成長志向と、適切なガバナンスおよび責任ある事業遂行を両立する。
