About the Position
Renesas JP, a leading global provider of innovative solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT sectors, is seeking a グローバル総務・経費管理 シニアスペシャリスト to join our team. This role involves optimizing cost management processes and providing operational support in collaboration with our global teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of top directives to global offices
- Assist in the consolidation of equipment introduction plans and strategies from global offices
- Manage and oversee expense and fixed asset investment execution and support for global offices
- Implement efficiency improvements in expense and fixed asset investment management with the introduction of a new ERP system
Requirements
Must-Have
- Experience in general administration (miscellaneous tasks, office/facility management, building/facility leasing)
- Experience in management accounting or budget management
- Business-level conversational skills in both English and Japanese
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to collaborate with team members to complete tasks
Nice to Have
- Team management skills
- Experience with software system implementation and associated cost management
