デバイス設計からプロセス開発、量産立ち上げまで幅広く関与し、製品価値の最大化に直接貢献していただきます。
Responsibilities
- 構想検討から量産技術確立までのウェハプロセス開発エンジニア
- デバイス構造設計やウエハプロセスフロー構築及びデバイス測定評価
- 要素プロセス技術、製品設計、品質保証など多部門との連携

Requirements
【MUST】
- 半導体デバイス構造設計やプロセス開発経験 5年以上（半導体物理の基礎知識、ウェハプロセス試作経験）
- 半導体デバイス開発未経験の方でも当分野トップレベルのエンジニアとしてスキルアップに取り組める方
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル
【WANT】
- ウエハレベル電気特性測定スキル
- TEG（Test Element Group）レイアウト設計スキル
- 英語：日常会話レベル
