About the Position
自動車向けシステム ソリューション マーケティング スペシャリスト
私たちは、インフラおよびEモビリティ分野における市場拡大に向けて、マーケティング活動を強化する新たな人材を募集しています。豊洲、日本でのフルタイム雇用です。
Responsibilities
- 自動車システム向けソリューションマーケティング責任者として、車両アーキテクチャおよび関連アプリケーションをご担当いただきます。
- 市場動向を踏まえ、営業部門およびビジネスユニットと連携しながら、顧客との早期エンゲージメントを通じてシステムソリューションの需要分析を実施いただきます。
- アーキテクチャチームおよびソリューションエンジニアリングチームと協力し、競争力のある最適なソリューションの定義・構築を推進もお願い致します。
- アプリケーション要件の観点から、製品企画・提案に関して部門横断およびグローバルチームとの調整実施。
- 市場調査レポートを分析・評価し、インサイトや提言を提供するとともに、ソリューションビジネス機会の最大化に向けた施策立案に貢献する。
※日帰り・宿泊を伴う出張（国内）対応が発生する想定となります。
Requirements

必須条件
- 大学卒業以上の方（工学、経営学、または関連分野）
- 半導体業界orエレクトロニクス業界での5年以上の業務経験
- 顧客折衝・社内外関係者との調整経験
- 英語力：中級レベル以上（業務上、会議やメールの対応が可能な方）
- 日本語力：ビジネスレベル以上

- 関連分野の修士卒業以上orMBA、MOTの有資格者
- 半導体製品に関する知識をお持ちの方
- マーケティング業務経験をお持ちの方
- 電子回路開発の業務経験をお持ちの方
