Are you passionate about building and running business-critical (CC2) services powering customer financing across the Baltics? Our systems sit at the core of how people access credit: reliable, scalable, and used at high volume every day.

With us you have the opportunity to work on:
- Customer financing web applications used across the Baltics
- End-to-end leasing agreement signing flows
- A custom platform used by the largest car dealers in the region
- Modernization initiatives, including our transition from legacy systems to next-generation platforms
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
- Develop user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and JavaScript
- Integrate services using RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Contribute to both technical and team-level decisions
- Work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Over 6 years of hands-on experience developing modern full-stack applications
- Good understanding of full stack development principles, application architecture, and clean code practices
- A proactive mindset, ability to take ownership, and willingness to contribute to both technical and team-level decisions
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable navigating both legacy and modern tech landscapes
- Hands-on coding with system-level thinking
We Offer
- Meaningful scale & impact - your work directly affects hundreds of financing applications daily
- Real engineering challenges - modernizing legacy systems while building scalable new platforms
- Ownership - you’ll influence architecture, not just implement tickets
- Strong team culture - engineers who care about quality, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Influence in technical decisions, architecture, and ways of working within the team
- An open and collaborative culture that encourages cross-functional teamwork and provides networking opportunities
- A supportive and inclusive environment that promotes a balanced and sustainable work-life, with flexible working conditions when suitable for the role
- Benefits such as our share-based reward program Eken, company pension plan, employee offer for banking products, health insurance
