About the Position

We are seeking a Java Application Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our DevOps team in Amstelveen, NL. You will be working on Java technologies and become part of a team involved in modernizing applications on the (cloud) platform of one of our clients. The tasks are diverse and include developing code, ensuring integration, testing, coordinating with Product Owners and architects, and automating DevOps processes.

Responsibilities

Develop code and ensure integration
Test applications
Coordinate with Product Owners and architects
Automate DevOps processes
Collaborate with other DevOps teams

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with technologies such as:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Kubernetes
- OpenShift
- API Integration
- Front-end (for example Angular or React)
Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Automated testing

Nice to Have

Interest in developing yourself further in Kotlin and/or Quarkus
