Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of backend services for AI Chatbot products.
• Building large-scale software systems that can impact the daily lives of millions of customers.
• Exploring and integrating LLM applications to improve chatbot performance and user experience.
• Performing underlying infrastructure/architecture performance tuning, online incident troubleshooting, and system refactoring.
• Writing high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices.
• Guiding junior engineers’ daily work and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Core Java programming skills and willingness to do hands-on coding are a must.
• Knowledge and experience with Python and familiar with collaborating with algorithm engineers.
• Capable of coping with stress and quickly learning new knowledge.
• Good cross-team communication skills.
• Familiarity with design patterns and system design required to solve common software programming challenges.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and experience with Chatbot & Customer service is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with LLM usage is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with data jobs like Flink/Spark are considered a plus.
