Java Developer (Guidewire Tomorrow)

About the Position

We are seeking a Java Developer (Guidewire Tomorrow) for a B2B project with ITFS, focusing on Java and Jutro Digital Platform development, starting in November 2026.

Offer Description

• Workplace: 100% remote (with equipment pickup at the office in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Katowice)
• Start: November 2026
• Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS
• Rate: PLN 130-160/h + VAT
• Recruitment process: Short phone conversation with an ITFS recruiter -> Technical interview -> Project interview -> Decision

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of solutions based on Java and Jutro Digital Platform
• Implementation of new functionalities in accordance with business and technical requirements
• Development and optimization of existing system components and processes
• Design and implementation of technical solutions in accordance with good programming practices
• Requirements analysis and translation into technical solutions
• Creation of prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) for new functionalities
• Collaboration with developers, analysts, testers, and the project team
• Participation in code review and ensuring code quality and readability
• Identifying technical problems and proposing solutions
• Supporting less experienced team members and sharing knowledge
• Participating in work planning using the Agile methodology
• Working in an international environment

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of commercial experience in Java software development
