About the Position
Java Developer- Markets FX
At Izertis, we are looking for an Innovation Consultant to join our technical consulting team, focused on securing funding for technological innovation projects at both national and European levels.
The FX business are executing a strategic renewal programme that involves gradual and complete overhaul of the core pricing and trading systems.
We are looking for at least 5 years experience in Java development and Oracle DB experience.
We work in Agile Scrum methodology, and we as Price & Distribution squad, we are focused on the trading fx Options pricing platforms in global core infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the strategic renewal programme for core pricing and trading systems.
- Develop and maintain Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in core Java 8+.
- Experience with Oracle and/or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux.
- Knowledge of Maven and Jenkins/GIT.
- Clean code and solid design skills.
- English proficiency (B2+).
- Good interlocution skills.
- Ability to self-organize.
- Capital Markets and/or FX knowledge.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Experience with JMS, Soap, REST, JuniT, Mockito, JSON/XML.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional environments, participating in manual testing, functional analysis, and support.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
