Java Developer (m/f) – Remote or Hybrid (Lisbon)

We are currently recruiting for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Java Developer (m/f) – Remote or Hybrid (Lisbon)

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and support innovative and scalable enterprise-class web applications
• Develop using MVC web development frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, Angular, React)
• Work as a full stack Java Developer (version 8+) with excellent knowledge in software design and clean code principles
• Utilize Java build tools (Maven, Gradle, etc.)
• Map relational databases into Object Oriented models (e.g., QueryDsl or Hibernate)
• Use WebLogic application servers (alternatives: Websphere, JBOSS, or Tomcat)
• Develop with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript/TypeScript, and jQuery
• Work with standard Java libraries and frameworks (JAX, Spring, etc.)
• Perform system-level profiling and debugging
• Work with at least one relational database (Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Build and test web services with REST or SOAP
• Use Git and follow source control best practices

Requirements

• Hard Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in building, shipping, and supporting innovative and scalable enterprise-class web applications
  • Experience with one or more MVC web development frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, Angular, React)
  • Experience as a full stack Java Developer (version 8+)
  • Knowledge of software design and clean code principles
  • Experience with Java build tools (Maven, Gradle, etc.)
  • Experience with tools for mapping relational databases into Object Oriented models (e.g., QueryDsl or Hibernate)
  • Experience with WebLogic application servers (alternatives: Websphere, JBOSS, or Tomcat)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript/TypeScript, and jQuery
  • Familiarity with standard Java libraries and frameworks (JAX, Spring, etc.)
  • Knowledge in system-level profiling and debugging
  • Knowledge in at least one relational database (Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge in building and testing web services with REST or SOAP
  • Knowledge in Git and source control best practices
