About the Position
Java Developer (Mid/Senior)
Mid • Remote
Prague, Cz-Pr, Czech Republic
We are seeking a Mid/Senior Java Developer with experience in back-end development, Java 17-21, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud technologies to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all project phases: requirements, estimates, design, and implementation
- Develop back-end services in Java using modern frameworks
- Build and integrate APIs and event-driven components
- Collaborate with teams using Scrum or Kanban
Requirements
- Java back-end development experience
- Proficiency with Java 17–21 and Spring/Spring Boot
- Experience with Hibernate and automated testing (JUnit)
- Knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL
- Experience with messaging/event systems (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL
- Familiarity with cloud and containerization (Azure/AWS, Docker)
- Experience using Git and CI tooling (Jenkins or Bamboo)
