Java Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Java Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Poland. You will be working on Spring/Spring Boot and microservices.

Job Details

• Location: Hybrid (Wrocław, Kraków) - 3 days from the office per week
• Start: ASAP (preferred within 30 days notice period)
• Employment Type: B2B with ITFS
• Rate: 130 - 160 PLN/h + VAT
• Recruitment Process: Short phone interview with ITFS recruiter -> Technical interview -> Project interview -> Decision.

Responsibilities

• Creating and developing applications in Java using Spring/Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Designing and developing REST services and integrations using Kafka
• Working with relational databases, including Oracle/PostgreSQL and SQL
• Creating and developing solutions using Docker
• Collaborating on the development and maintenance of applications and their integration
• Ensuring the quality and development of the code produced

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Java
• Experience working with Spring/Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases
• Experience working with microservices
• Knowledge of REST API
• Knowledge of Kafka, messaging, and SQL
• Knowledge of Docker
• Knowledge of English at least at B2/C1 level

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Terraform
• Knowledge of Helm
• Knowledge of GitLab
