Java Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Mid Java Engineer for a client based in the USA. As a part of the team you will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to develop and implement new solutions while working with top leaders in the industry. Also you will participate in international projects based on Java, Spring and Hibernate.

Responsibilities

• Work on container-based technologies project(s).
• Apply the best industry standards for code health, scalability and robustness, and mentoring Software Engineers.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Contribute in various streams of implementation projects.
• Help build a team and cultivate innovation. Drive cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
• Good understanding of best practices of software development (code reviews, continuous integration, pair programming, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of Java production experience.
• 2+ years of commercial experience with Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of REST API.
• Knowledge of SQL databases like MSSQL.
• Understanding CI/CD will be a big plus.
• Cloud experience is a plus (AWS/GCP/Azure).
