About the Position

We are seeking a Java FullStack Developer (React) with 8-12 years of experience to join our team in Pune, India, developing full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and React.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and modern web technologies such as React.
Build a React-based application from scratch.
Lead UI development.
Integrate frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring).
Utilize version control (Git).
Debug and troubleshoot across the stack.
Experience working in Copilot is a must.

Requirements

Must have

8-12 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.
Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA).
RESTful API design and development.
Hibernate or other ORM frameworks.
React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management).
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Experience building Micro frontends.
SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle).

Nice to Have

Microservices architecture.
Docker, Kubernetes.
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible).
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Testing frameworks (JUnit for Java, Jest/React Testing Library for React).
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
