We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Project Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 9 to 13 years of expertise in Financial Management systems and Education domains. The ideal candidate will oversee hybrid projects ensuring seamless execution, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Oversee financial management aspects of the project ensuring budget adherence and cost optimization.
- Utilize expertise in EBS FIN and JDE WS Financial Management to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Apply domain knowledge in Education to design and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative environment promoting effective communication and teamwork among project members.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Financial Management systems including EBS FIN and JDE WS Financial Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Education domains and their unique requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in hybrid work models ensuring effective collaboration across remote and in-office teams.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize financial resources.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic project environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
