About the Position

Jefa/e de obra Instalaciones Navarra

Veolia, a global leader in environmental services and a benchmark for ecological transformation, is looking to incorporate a Head of Thermal and Climate Installations in its Navarra delegation.

Responsibilities

Study, analysis, and design of thermal and climate installation works.
Preparation of thermal and climate installation budgets.
Redesign of installations during construction.
Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Management of human and material resources necessary for the execution of works.
Monitoring and control of costs.
Collaboration with drafting in the development of execution plans.
Providing technical support to the site manager.
Planning, managing, supervising, and executing assigned projects.

Requirements

Education:

GM/GS in electrical, mechanical, and climate installations, technical engineering, or higher.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience.

Knowledge:

In climate, heating, electrical installations, boilermaking, control, and regulation.
Familiar with construction certificates and measurements.

Advanced computer skills:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.)
AutoCAD and Revit.
Navision.
Budgeting programs (Presto, etc.)
Construction planning programs (Project)

Nice to Have

Demonstrable experience in climate and ventilation installations.
Experience in steam installations.
Experience in control installations.
PRL course of 60 hours.
